The IPO will raise $150 billion to invest in 14 Programs for 70 countries to emerge the green economy for 200 million of the poorest of the poor.
Funds are being invested from green consumers, Forex, Hedge, Corporate Foundations and CSR Managers from Fortune 500 companies who have a combined cash chest of $12 trillion. Investors will receive 5% per annum paid as a quarterly dividend as well as benefiting from the stock appreciation.
