Charles Kutegana CIO, Hope on Africa” February 25, 2010 Charles Kutegana, Chief Infromation officer, Prosperitystudios - Africa reported to Ambassador G Wallace at The White House

This letter is my personal recommendation for Ambassador Hope. I have been Hope’s closest African ally and colleague for more than six years. I have always found her to be a creative, innovative and an inspiring lady who has always been task oriented. Once committed to work she never gives up against any odds.

Ambassador Hope is a pleasure to work with and demonstrates terrific interpersonal skills when dealing people of all classes – social, political or economic. Her desire to transform society through poverty alleviation programs is incredible. Her vision is limitless. She fits in all sectors of technology. Talk about IT, Gill is there. Construction is an area where she has a wealth of knowledge. She ably and amazingly switches from one section to another and fits there like a trained professional. At local and International financing and in many aspects of life, Ambassador Hope is knowledgeable!
Over the years Ambassador Hope has presented innovative ideas and strategies for uplifting the lives of poorest of the poor using modern technologies. Her model is worthy trying. Throughout our association with her, she has demonstrated a high level tolerance for all kinds of people she has met and worked with. On the side of work, she withstands high pressure and completes tasks on time. Place her in any environment and she will quickly adapt. This is more of a talent than a skill in her.

Her communication skills are super. Her memory is just good with very clear and organized record tracking of events. She is a person to rely on when the going gets tough. She is physically fit and ever green in thinking and innovation. She is mentally astute.

Her entrepreneurship skills have been admired by her contemporaries. She has a very high resource mobilization capacity both at local and international scenes. Her leadership principles have inspired me over the years and I will always be challenged to grow.

Work with her and you will not regret.

Sincrely,

Charles Kutegana
